(b) if the holder’s licence or pilotage certificate was issued in respect of District No. 1 or District No. 2, pilot each year at least eight one-way trips during the period commencing on April 1 and ending on December 14, and subject to section 17, two one-way trips during the period commencing on December 15 in a year and ending on March 31 in the next year, in the District; and
b) si son brevet ou son certificat de pilotage a été délivré pour la circonscription n 1 ou la circonscription n 2, effectuer chaque année dans la circonscription visée, à titre de pilote, au moins huit voyages aller simple durant la période commençant le 1 avril et se terminant le 14 décembre et sous réserve de l’article 17, deux voyages aller simple durant la période commençant le 15 décembre et se terminant le 31 mars suivant;
