set aside the judgment of the General Court of 27 October 2010 in Case T-24/05 insofar as it rejects the pleas in law alleging manifest error of assessment in the application of Article 101(1) TFEU and Article 23(2) Regulation 1/2003 (1), failure to state sufficient reasons and breach of the principle of equal treatment for the finding that Alliance One International, Inc., formerly Standard Commercial Corp. and Standard Commercial Tobacco Co. were jointly and severally liable;
annuler l’arrêt rendu par le Tribunal le 27 octobre 2010 dans l’affaire T-24/05 dans la mesure où il rejette les moyens tirés de l’erreur manifeste d’appréciation dans l’application de l’article 101, paragraphe 1, TFUE et de l’article 23, paragraphe 2, du règlement 1/2003 (1), du défaut de motivation et de la violation du principe d’égalité de traitement pour avoir jugé qu’Alliance One International, Inc., anciennement Standard Commercial Corp. et Standard Commercial Tobacco Co. étaient solidairement responsables;
