11. The Commission shall advise the exporters, importers and representative associations of importers or exporters known to it to be concerned, as well as representatives of the exporting country and the complainants, of the initiation of the proceedings and, with due regard to the protection of confidential information, provide the full text of the written complaint received pursuant to paragraph 1 to the known exporters and to the authorities of the exporting country, and make it available upon request to other interested parties involved.
11. La Commission avise les exportateurs, les importateurs ainsi que les associations représentatives des importateurs ou exportateurs notoirement concernés, de même que les représentants du pays exportateur et les plaignants, de l'ouverture de la procédure et, tout en veillant à protéger les informations confidentielles, fournit le texte intégral de la plainte écrite reçue conformément au paragraphe 1 aux exportateurs connus, aux autorités du pays exportateur et, à leur demande, aux autres parties intéressées.
