4. Where the official controls referred to in points (a) and (c) of paragraph 2 have not identified any shortcoming that would make the meat unfit for human consumption, the health mark shall be applied to domestic ungulates, farmed game mammals other than lagomorphs, and large wild game, by the official veterinarian, under the supervision of the official veterinarian, under the responsibility of the official veterinarian, or, in compliance with the conditions laid down in paragraph 3, by the slaughterhouse staff.
4. Lorsque les contrôles officiels visés au paragraphe 2, points a) et c), n’ont révélé aucune anomalie susceptible de rendre la viande impropre à la consommation humaine, la marque de salubrité est apposée sur les ongulés domestiques, le gibier d’élevage, mammifère, autre que les lagomorphes, et le gros gibier sauvage par le vétérinaire officiel, sous la surveillance du vétérinaire officiel, sous la responsabilité du vétérinaire officiel ou, conformément aux conditions établies au paragraphe 3, par le personnel de l’abattoir.
