1. Notwithstanding Articles 54(1) and 55, the Member States may, by virtue of provisions laid down by law, authorise the disclosure of certain information to other departments of their central government administrations responsible for legislation on the supervision of credit institutions, financial institutions, investment services and insurance companies and to inspectors acting on behalf of those departments.

Nonobstant les dispositions de l’article 54, paragraphe 1, et de l’article 55, les États membres peuvent autoriser, en vertu de dispositions législatives, la communication de certaines informations à d’autres départements de leur administration centrale responsables de la législation relative à la surveillance des établissements de crédit, des établissements financiers, des services d’investissement et des entreprises d’assurance, ainsi qu’aux inspecteurs mandatés par ces départements.
