Pour ce qui est de la définition du temps de travail et des conséquences de l’arrêt de la Cour de justice dans l’affaire Simap, qui a dit pour droit que le temps de garde du personnel médical travaillant dans les unités de premiers secours doit être considéré dans son ensemble comme temps de travail, la Commission examine ces conséquences et une réunion a déjà eu lieu entre les autorités nationales et les services de la Commission.
