In this respect, the Court of First Instance duly considered whether the Commission had made a manifest error of assessment in its examination of the relationship between the imports of Antillean semi-milled rice and the fall in the price of Community rice, and concluded that a relationship of concomitance had been established between the imports and the fall in the price of Community rice.
En ce qui concerne le pouvoir d'appréciation de la Commission, il convient de relever que le Tribunal a dûment examiné si la Commission avait commis une erreur manifeste d'appréciation dans l'examen du rapport entre les importations antillaises de riz semi-blanchi et la chute des prix du riz communautaire, et qu'il en a conclu, qu'une relation de concomitance se trouvait établie entre les importations et la baisse du prix du riz communautaire.
