In view of the conclusions reached with regard to dumping, injury, causation and Union interest, and in accordance with Article 9(4) of the basic Regulation, a definitive anti-dumping duty should be imposed on imports of certain aluminium foils in rolls originating in the PRC at the level of the lower of the dumping and injury margins found, in accordance with the lesser duty rule.
Compte tenu des conclusions établies concernant le dumping, le préjudice, le lien de causalité et l’intérêt de l’Union, et conformément à l’article 9, paragraphe 4, du règlement de base, un droit antidumping définitif devrait être institué sur les importations de certaines feuilles d’aluminium en rouleaux originaires de la RPC, à un niveau correspondant à la marge la plus faible constatée (dumping ou préjudice), selon la règle du droit moindre.
