As you must already know, Parliament, together with the Commission, will make up the delegation from the Community, which has observer status with the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs.

He represented the United States in five consecutive meetings of the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs and is chairman of the section on drugs and alcohol abuse in the World Psychiatric Association.
