On the basis of the information at its disposal, the Commission considers that the Dutch maritime transport aid to tug boat operations in EU inland waterways and ports granted after the application of the 1997 guidelines on state aid to maritime transport may be incompatible with the single market.
Sur la base des informations dont elle dispose, la Commission estime que l'aide néerlandaise au transport maritime accordée aux opérations de remorquage sur les voies navigables intérieures et dans les ports de l'Union européenne, octroyée après la mise en application des orientations sur les aides d'État au transport maritime de 1997, pourrait être incompatible avec le fonctionnement du marché unique.
