The acts of supplying from a Member State and installing in Iran such a furnace for the benefit of a person and, similarly, the acts relating to the preparation and follow-up of the supply or installation of that furnace or even the organisation of contact between the persons involved are likely to fall within the scope of the concept of ‘making available’.
Les actes consistant, au départ d’un État membre, à livrer et à installer en Iran, en faveur d’une personne, un tel four, de même que les actes relatifs, notamment, à la préparation et au suivi de la livraison ou de l’installation de ce four ou encore à l’organisation de contacts entre les intéressés, sont susceptibles de relever de la notion de « mise à disposition ».
