The Commission viewed inter alia as real benefits for shippers the fact that the establishment of SAECS III has permitted the provision of a fixed day weekly service and that it has favoured the development of export trade in subtropical fruit through the offer of a joint service operated with specialised ships with "blown air" reefer capacity.
La Commission a considéré, entre autres, comme bénéfices réels pour les chargeurs le fait que l'établissement de SAECS III a permis la fourniture d'un service hebdomadaire à jour fixe et qu'il a favorisé le développement du commerce à l'exportation de fruits subtropicaux en offrant un service commun assuré par des navires spécialisés dotés d'une capacité réfrigérée à air soufflé.
