The crisis of Iran's nuclear programme, the parallel energy crisis which is imminent and which may be worse than expected, terrorism, developments in the Balkans in the face of the finalisation of the status of Kosovo, conditions in Africa and the problem of AIDS are situations which require the European Union to articulate its own unified word and formulate its own strategy.
La crise du programme nucléaire de l’Iran, la crise énergétique parallèle imminente, qui pourrait bien être plus grave que prévu, le terrorisme, l’évolution dans les Balkans en vue de l’achèvement du statut du Kosovo, la situation en Afrique et le problème du SIDA exigent de l’Union européenne qu’elle s’exprime clairement, de manière unifiée, et qu’elle formule sa propre stratégie.
