From the Halifax Regional Municipality this afternoon we are very privileged to have with us three of the main players in the organization — Julian Boyle, Energy Auditor, Infrastructure and Asset Management; Mary Ellen Donovan, Director, Legal Services and Risk Management, which is obviously a key role; and Wayne Anstey, Acting Chief Administrative Officer and Deputy CAO Operations, Chief Administrative Office.
