An authorised A certified inspecting officer may check compliance with Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 by analysis of the record sheets, of the displayed or , printed or downloaded data which have been recorded by the recording equipment tachograph or by the driver card or, failing this, by analysis of any other supporting document that justifies non-compliance with a provision, such as those laid down in Articles 24(2) and 33(2) of this Regulation.

Un agent de contrôle habilité certifié peut vérifier le respect du règlement (CE) n° 561/2006 en analysant les feuilles d'enregistrement, les données affichées ou imprimées ou téléchargées qui ont été enregistrées par l'appareil de contrôle le tachygraphe ou par la carte de conducteur ou, à défaut, en analysant tout autre document probant témoignant du non-respect de dispositions telles que celles prévues à l'article 24, paragraphe 2, et à l'article 33, paragraphe 2, du présent règlement.
