The way in which criminal organisations split their tasks, make light of borders and mix legal and black economy activities, in particular by using different firms involved in the market or certain professions (warehousing firms, processors, transporters, wholesalers... liberal professions, advisers and auditors, legal and accounting experts ...) as well as brass plate firms located in areas where enforcement is light, makes an overall grasp of the criminal acts and identification of the whole criminal structure difficult.
La manière dont les organisations criminelles fractionnent leurs tâches, se jouent des frontières et mêlent activités légales et activités souterraines, notamment par le recours à différentes entreprises présentes sur le marché ou certaines professions (entrepositaires, transformateurs, transporteurs, négociants...professions libérales, conseils et audits, experts juridiques et comptables...) ainsi qu'à des sociétés écrans situées dans des espaces où la répression est moindre, rend difficile l'appréhension globale des comportements délictueux et l'identification de toute la structure criminelle.
