By virtue of the first subparagraph of Article 9(1) of Regulation (EC) No 510/2006, the Commission has examined France’s application for the approval of amendments to the specification for the protected geographical indication ‘Mâche nantaise’ registered under Commission Regulation (EC) No 1645/1999 (3).
Conformément à l’article 9, paragraphe 1, premier alinéa, du règlement (CE) no 510/2006, la Commission a examiné la demande de la France pour l’approbation d’une modification du cahier des charges de l’indication géographique protégée «Mâche nantaise», enregistrée en vertu du règlement (CE) no 1645/1999 de la Commission (3).
