(d) provide to the Member States and the European Parliament, in a timely manner, all relevant information pertaining to the programmes, in particular in terms of risk management, overall cost, annual operating costs of each significant item of Galileo infrastructure, revenues, schedule and performance, as well as an overview of the implementation of the project management systems and techniques referred to in point (e) of Article 12;
(d) fournit aux États membres et au Parlement européen, en temps utile, toutes les informations pertinentes relatives aux programmes, notamment en termes de gestion des risques, de coût global, de coûts de fonctionnement annuels de chaque élément significatif de l'infrastructure Galileo, de recettes, de calendrier et de résultats, ainsi qu'un aperçu de la mise en œuvre des systèmes et techniques de gestion des projets visés à l'article 12, point e);
