I'm wondering whether or not, since most of the municipal leaders in the GTA have already admitted that we didn't design and plan our cities very well, the lessons learned there are being applied by CMHC and others in terms of developing communities for instance, rather than residential intensification and infill, etc., to deal with urban sprawl, in those newer communities in fact the lessons of urban sprawl have been learned and are now being applied.
