If in fact the ISFA, which is now in total control of Afghanistan, adopts a certain position, the SATA could well argue that it doesn't have to go along with what NATO Command is saying.
Cela me pose problème. En effet, si la FIAS, qui a maintenant le contrôle total de l'Afghanistan, s'aligne sur quelque chose, la SATA pourrait dire qu'elle pas à se conformer à ce que va lui dire le commandant de l'OTAN.
