"The Council, recalling the essential role of the EUSRs in the implementation of the Union's policy on the ground and taking into account the avis submitted by the PSC, agreed on the principle of the extension of the functions of the EUSRs for FYROM and Afghanistan and to this end asked its relevant bodies to study financial formulae that will make possible this extension.
