Portugal has requested that all Portuguese wines that have the same characteristics as these wines and are entitled to a protected designation of origin or a protected geographical indication followed by the statement ‘colheita tardia’ be granted this derogation.
Le Portugal a demandé que tout vin portugais ayant les mêmes caractéristiques que ces vins et qui a droit à une appellation d’origine protégée ou à une indication géographique protégée suivie de la mention «colheita tardia», bénéficie de cette dérogation.
