mber States, if the rail transport carrier is
in a position to board passengers exclusively for the remaining part of the journey within the territory of the Member States, such passengers shall

1.2.3. Si la compagnie de transport ferroviaire peut, pour les trains à grande vitesse en provenance de pays tiers faisant plusieurs arrêts sur le territoire des États membres, embarquer des passagers pour le reste du trajet situé exclusivement sur le territoire des États membres, ces passagers sont soumis à des vérifications d'entrée, soit à bord du train, soit dans la gare de destination, sauf lorsque des vérifications ont été effectuées conformément au point 1.2.1. ou au point 1.2.2., premier tiret.
