4.1 Beverages, with the exception of those based on coffee, tea or coffee or tea extract where the name of the food includes the term “coffee” or “tea”, which: are intended for consumption without modification and contain caffeine, from whatever source, in a proportion in excess of 150 mg/l, or are in concentrated or dried form and after reconstitution contain caffeine, from whatever source, in a proportion in excess of 150 mg/l | ‘High caffeine content’ in the same field of vision as the name of the beverage, followed by a reference in brackets and in accordance with Article 14(5) of this Regulation to the caffeine content expressed in ...[+++]mg/100 ml.

(b) the term "decaffeinated" for coffee extracts, provided that the anhydrous caffeine content of the extract in question does not exceed 0 73 % by weight of its coffee-based dry matter content;

The labelling of drinks containing a proportion of more than 150 milligrams of caffeine per litre must contain the wording ‘High caffeine content’, followed by the quantity of caffeine expressed in milligrams per 100 millimetres.
