Rather than flooding the entire field with COand having a general reservoir production, you cyclically stimulate wells with CO. You do it in a way where you apply COfor a period of time, leave the well, produce it, come back, apply CO, and do it again.
Plutôt que d'injecter du COdans tout le champ pétrolifère et avoir une production de gisement générale, on procède à une stimulation cyclique des puits à l'aide de CO. Donc, on injecte du COdans un puits pendant un certain temps, on arrête, on produit du pétrole, on revient pour injecter du CO, puis on recommence.
