Pursuant to Article 11 of Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002 of 25 June 2002 on the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities (7) (the Financial Regulation), decommitments made by the Commission would therefore result in cancelling appropriations for the financial year 2007, which should be spread over the financial years 2008 to 2013 in accordance with the rules introduced by this Regulation.
En application de l’article 11 du règlement (CE, Euratom) no 1605/2002 du Conseil du 25 juin 2002 portant règlement financier applicable au budget général des Communautés européennes (7) (ci-après dénommé le «règlement financier»), les dégagements opérés par la Commission aboutiraient par conséquent à l’annulation des crédits de l’exercice 2007 qui, en vertu du présent règlement, devraient être répartis sur les exercices 2008 à 2013.
