What I would like to add is that not only should there be a total integration between foreign policy and defence but, as I said earlier, the more you're going to alter your patterns of trade, the more you're going to focus on the Asia- Pacific, and the more you're going to need to adapt some of your defence capabilities in order to meet some of the more blue sky, blue water and some of the different kinds of capacity that you will want to have.
Non seulement la politique étrangère et la politique en matière de défense devraient être totalement intégrées, mais aussi j'ajouterais que plus on changera la structure des échanges commerciaux et plus on mettra l'accent sur l'Asie- Pacifique, plus il faudra adapter les capacités en matière de défense, afin de répondre aux exigences entourant « ciel bleu, eau bleue » et les différentes capacités que l'on voudra mettre en place.
