122.1 In any meat inspection certificate used for the purpose of exporting meat products, a statement that the meat products are derived from food animals that received ante-mortem and post-mortem veterinary inspection at the time of slaughter means that the food animals were subjected to ante-mortem examination or ante-mortem inspection and that the meat products were subjected to post-mortem examination or post-mortem inspection, in accordance with these Regulations.
122.1 Dans tout certificat d’inspection utilisé pour les fins de l’exportation de produits de viande, la déclaration portant que les produits de viande proviennent d’animaux pour alimentation humaine qui ont été soumis à des inspections vétérinaires ante mortem et post mortem au moment de l’abattage signifie que les animaux ont été soumis à un examen ante mortem ou à une inspection ante mortem ainsi qu’à un examen post mortem ou une inspection post mortem conformément au présent règlement.
