The European Commission approved an operation whereby Chiemgau and Südbayern, two retail and wholesale companies belonging to the German EDEKA Group, and ADEG Österreich Genossenschaft der Kaufleute (AÖGen) co-operative acquire joint control over ADEG Österreich Handelsaktiengesellschaft (AÖAG).
La Commission européenne a approuvé une opération par laquelle Chiemgau et Südbayern, deux entreprises de commerce de gros et de détail appartenant au groupe allemand EDEKA, ont acquis conjointement avec la société coopérative ADEG Österreich Genossenschaft der Kaufleute (AÖGen), le contrôle d'ADEG Österreich Handelsaktiengesellschaft (AÖAG).
