736 (1) Les compartiments étanches à l’eau dans un bâtiment sont dotés de moyens de pompage ou d’accès pour l’écopage lorsque celui-ci est dans toute condition d’utilisation, sauf s’il ne peut retenir suffisamment d’eau pour chavirer ou si les compartiments sont scellés et ne sont pas facilement accessibles.
736 (1) A watertight compartment on a vessel shall be provided with a means of pumping or with access for bailing when the vessel is in any operating condition, unless the vessel cannot retain a sufficient quantity of water to make it capsize or the compartment is sealed and is not readily accessible.
