Du côté du multilatéralisme, je prendrai comme exemple le Groupe de travail sur la stabilisation et la reconstruction pour répondre rapidement à toute crise internationale, en mettant l'accent sur les trois D, la diplomatie, la défense et le développement, qui impliquent une coopération interministérielle et également une coopération sur le terrain pour planifier les crises des pays en déroute ou fragiles.
As for multilateralism, I will take as an example the Stabilization and Reconstruction Task Force intended to provide a rapid response to any international crisis, while emphasizing the three Ds, diplomacy, defence and development, which implies interdepartmental cooperation as well as cooperation on the ground in order to best respond to the crises of failed or fragile states.
