L'honorable Elizabeth (Beth) Marshall : Honorables sénateurs, samedi dernier, le 22 juin, la station de baleiniers basques de Red Bay à Terre- Neuve-et-Labrador a été inscrite à la Liste du patrimoine mondial de l'Organisation des Nations Unies pour l'éducation, la science et la culture, aussi connue sous le sigle UNESCO, lors de sa séance annuelle tenue au Cambodge cette année.

Elizabeth (Beth) Marshall: Honourable senators, last Saturday, June 22, the Red Bay Basque Whaling Station in Newfoundland and Labrador was officially recognized as a World Heritage Site by the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization, otherwise known as UNESCO, at its annual meeting held this year in Cambodia.
