A partir d’une analyse comparée des politiques pénales mises en oeuvre dans trois juridictions (Nanterre dans les Hauts-de-Seine, Bobigny en Seine Saint-Denis et Lille dans le Nord), on peut distinguer trois dimensions afin de mieux cerner la disparité des pratiques : les services de police interpellateurs, l’organisation des tribunaux et les procédures utilisées.
On the basis of a comparative study of criminal policies implemented in three jurisdictions (Nanterre in the Hauts-de-Seine Region, Bobigny in the Seine Saint-Denis Region, and Lille in the North), there are three spheres in which we find non-uniform application: the police forces which intervene, the way courts are organized, and the procedures applied.
