La réunion se tiendra sous les auspices du comité de liaison ad hoc des entités internationales qui versent des fonds à l'Autorité palestinienne ; elle sera présidée conjointement par la Norvège (président permanent du CLah) et par la présidence de l'Union européenne.
The meeting is being held under the auspices of the Ad hoc Liaison Committee of international donors to the Palestinian Authority and will be co-chaired by Norway (permanent chair of the AhLC) and the EU Presidency.
