The risk of having a combined cyber and kinetic attack—attacks on high-voltage transformers, other components of critical infrastructure that are vulnerable to physical attack—that kind of combined attack would put extraordinary stress on the infrastructure systems being attacked and could make restoration much more complicated.

(vi) if the product is a three-phase transformer having multiple high-voltage windings and a voltage ratio other than 2:1, the minimum energy efficiency standard specified in column II of Part 5 of Schedule I or interpolated in accordance with subparagraph (v) is reduced by 0.11.

Installation of a current-reduction transformer was required, as was the opening and repair of part of a wall in order to install an electrical panel, electrical conduit, and wiring extending more than 12 metres from the doorbell.

The main elements of the project being financed are: high-voltage overhead lines and underground cables; conventional and metal-clad high-voltage substations; power transformers; and a telecommunications system for network control and transmission.
