1. La Commission communique immédiatement aux États membres, à l’Agence et aux associations industrielles européennes les informations qui lui sont transmises par le secrétariat, notamment sous la forme de circulaires, au sujet des produits chimiques soumis à la procédure PIC, ainsi que les décisions des parties importatrices concernant les conditions d’importation applicables à ces produits.
1. The Commission shall immediately forward to the Member States, the Agency and European industry associations the information which it receives, whether in the form of circulars or otherwise, from the Secretariat regarding chemicals subject to the PIC procedure and the decisions of importing Parties regarding import conditions applicable to those chemicals.
