To the extent that the Board has been involved, it shall keep Parliament's competent committee duly and in a timely manner informed of all stages of the selection procedure, such as concerning the publication of the vacancy notice, the selection criteria and the specific job profile, the composition of the pool of applicants (number of applications, mix of professional skills, gender and nationality balance, etc.) as well as of the method by which the pool of applicants is screened in order to draw up a shortlist of at least two candidates for each of the positions of Chair, Vice-Chair and four further full-time members of the Board refe ...[+++]rred to in Article 43(1)(b) of the SRM Regulation.

provide a detailed picture of all staff in place in Union Delegations at the time of presenting the draft budget, including a breakdown by geographic area, gender, individual country and mission, distinguishing establishment plan posts, contract agents, local agents and seconded national experts and appropriations requested in the draft budget for such other types of personnel with corresponding estimates of the equivalent full-time staff that may be employed within the limits of the appropriations requested.

Member States shall be encouraged to adopt measures that ensure that workers may choose to work part time for a period of no longer than one year, with full protection from the possibility of dismissal and full rights to recover their full-time position and pay at the end of this period.
