1. Lorsqu'un même médicament vétérinaire fait l'objet de plusieurs demandes d'autorisation de mise sur le marché, introduites conformément aux articles 12 à 14, et que les États membres ont adopté des décisions divergentes concernant son autorisation, la suspension de celle-ci ou son retrait, un État membre ou la Commission ou le titulaire de l'autorisation de mise sur le marché doivent saisir le comité des médicaments vétérinaires, ci-après dénommé le comité, pour application de la procédure prévue à l'article 36.
1. If two or more applications submitted in accordance with Articles 12 to 14 have been made for marketing authorisation for a particular veterinary medicinal product and Member States have adopted divergent decisions concerning the authorisation of that veterinary medicinal product, or suspension or withdrawal of authorisation, a Member State, or the Commission, or the marketing-authorisation holder shall refer the matter to the Agency for application of the procedure laid down in Article 36.
