(4) Sauf ordonnance contraire d’un juge, la signification de l’avis à l’appelant et à son avocat en conformité avec la présente règle se fait par courrier recommandé affranchi aux adresses inscrites dans l’avis d’appel ou déposées au greffier.
(4) Unless a judge otherwise orders, service of a notice on the appellant and counsel under this rule shall be by prepaid registered mail to the addresses as set out in the notice of appeal or as filed with the Registrar.
