Les autorités compétentes peuvent communiquer aux consommateurs, sur demande motivée, les informations quantitatives concernant la composition visées au paragraphe 2, point b), dès lors qu'elles estiment, après avoir pesé les intérêts légitimes des fabricants et ceux des consommateurs, que la communication des informations est justifiée.
2a. In response to a duly substantiated request, the competent authorities may pass on to consumers the information about the quantitative composition of the feed provided pursuant to paragraph 2(b) if, after weighing up the legitimate respective interests of manufacturers and consumers, they take the view that such a step is justified.
