10 (1) A claimant or an affected party who intends to participate in any proceedings shall file with the appeal board, and serve a copy on the appellant or applicant, as the case may be, on or before the expiration date specified in the notice issued pursuant to section 8, of an appearance in Form 4 of the schedule, signed by the claimant or affected party personally or, if the claimant or affected party is a corporation, by an officer of the corporation.
10 (1) Le demandeur ou la partie touchée qui entend participer à l’instance dépose un avis de comparution auprès de la commission d’appel et en signifie copie à l’appelant ou au requérant, selon le cas, au plus tard à la date limite précisée dans l’avis émis en application de l’article 8; l’avis de comparution est établi conformément à la formule 4 de l’annexe et est signé personnellement par le demandeur ou la partie touchée ou, dans le cas d’une personne morale, par un dirigeant de celle-ci.
