10. The Chief of the Defence Staff shall, by any means that the Chief of the Defence Staff considers appropriate in the circumstances, give notice as soon as possible that access to a controlled access zone is permitted or prohibited and of the conditions of access to the zone, and of any changes to that permission or prohibition or to those conditions, to all persons who, in the opinion of the Chief of the Defence Staff, may be affected by them, unless the Chief of the Defence Staff is of the opinion that it is inadvisable to do so for reasons of international relations or national defence or security.
10. Sauf s’il juge que cela n’est pas souhaitable pour des raisons ayant trait aux relations internationales ou à la défense ou à la sécurité nationales, le chef d’état-major de la défense avise, dans les meilleurs délais et par tout moyen qu’il juge indiqué dans les circonstances, les personnes qui, à son avis, pourraient être intéressées, de la permission ou de l’interdiction de l’accès à une zone d’accès contrôlé et des conditions d’accès à la zone, ainsi que de toute modification de la permission, de l’interdiction ou des conditions.
