(4) The Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness may fix fees to be paid by the importer of the product but those fees must not exceed an amount determined by that Minister to be the costs to Her Majesty in respect of the sampling and testing.
(4) Le ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile peut fixer le prix à payer par l’importateur du produit pour le prélèvement de l’échantillon et l’analyse, lequel prix ne peut excéder la somme, déterminée par ce ministre, qui représente le coût pour Sa Majesté de ces prélèvement et analyse.
