Calls on the Commission and the Member States to take the lead in organising an appropriate European consultative forum to discuss aspects relating to the content of audiovisual and multimedia material (cinema, television, Internet, video games, webcasting, DVD, UMTS telephone, etc.) and related social and economic aspects;
