The Commission shall determine guidelines and adopt a common template in a tabular format, in accordance with reporting requirements set out in the framework of the UNFCCC, in order to ensure comparability of the reporting under this Article.
La Commission définit des orientations et adopte un modèle commun sous la forme d'un tableau, conformément aux exigences en matière de déclaration établies dans le cadre de la CCNUCC, afin de garantir la comparabilité des déclarations au titre du présent article.
