4. Le Conseil invite la Commission à poursuivre, en étroite concertation avec la présidence du Conseil, les négociations avec la Confédération suisse, la Principauté de Liechtenstein, la République de Saint-Marin, la Principauté de Monaco, la Principauté d'Andorre et les États-Unis d'Amérique afin d'insister sur le fait que l'échange d'informations est l'objectif ultime de la Communauté européenne, et à faire rapport au Conseil d'ici le 31 décembre 2006 sur l'évolution de ces négociations.
