According to the application the use of extracts of rosemary (E 392) is required to keep the quality and stability of spreadable fats with a fat content less than 80 % where content of polyunsaturated fatty acids is higher than 15 % w/w of the total fatty acid and/or where content of fish oil or algal oil is higher than 2 % w/w of the total fatty acid by protecting them against deterioration caused by oxidation.

Selon la demande, l'utilisation d'extraits de romarin (E 392) est nécessaire pour maintenir la qualité et la stabilité des matières grasses tartinables ayant une teneur en matières grasses inférieure à 80 %, lorsque la teneur en acides gras polyinsaturés est supérieure à 15 % m/m du total des acides gras et/ou dont la teneur en huile de poisson ou huile d'algues est supérieure à 2 % m/m du total des acides gras, en les protégeant des altérations provoquées par l'oxydation.
