3. Sections 5 and 6 do not apply to the superintendent, a park warden, an enforcement officer or a peace officer while they are performing functions related to the management of the harvesting of snowshoe hare in the park reserve, or to any other person authorized by the superintendent while they are conducting research in the park reserve in respect of snowshoe hare or the harvesting activity.
3. Les articles 5 et 6 ne s'appliquent pas au directeur, aux gardes de parc, aux agents de l'autorité et aux agents de la paix qui agissent dans l'exercice de leurs fonctions se rapportant à la gestion de l'exploitation du lièvre d'Amérique dans la réserve, ni aux personnes qui effectuent, dans la réserve, des recherches autorisées par le directeur sur le lièvre d'Amérique ou sur son exploitation.
