The Commission is sending a reasoned opinion to the United Kingdom because it considers that an obligatory national procedure for the authorisation of microwave traffic detectors (for use in conjunction with portable traffic light systems) prior to their marketing in the UK fails to comply with EC Treaty rules on the free movement of goods (Article 28).
La Commission transmet un avis motivé au Royaume-Uni car elle considère qu’une procédure nationale obligatoire pour l’autorisation des détecteurs de trafic à micro-ondes (utilisables avec des feux de signalisation portables) avant leur mise sur le marché au Royaume-Uni enfreint les dispositions du traité CE sur la libre circulation des marchandises (article 28).
