In line with the provisions of the Regulation on the citizens' Initiative, the Commission has three months within which to present its response in a Communication setting out "its legal and political conclusions on the Initiative, the action it intends to take, if any, and its reasons for taking or not taking that action"[3].
Conformément aux dispositions du règlement relatif à l'initiative citoyenne, la Commission dispose d'un délai de trois mois pour exposer la suite qu'elle entend donner à cette initiative au moyen d'une communication présentant «ses conclusions juridiques et politiques sur l’initiative citoyenne, l’action qu’elle compte entreprendre, le cas échéant, ainsi que les raisons qu’elle a d’entreprendre ou de ne pas entreprendre cette action»[3].
